Started off the month with a trip to the local petting zoo!
"What? A petting zoo?!!!" "Let's Go!"you might say we were a little desperate to have our girls pet the bunnies!
The cats were VERY interested in Ashlyn...maybe it was a motherly instinct.
or maybe they just smelled milk
Some things never change. (then)

Really getting into the big sister role!

Finally a nap!
Ashlyn's blessing day, February 7th. (If you scroll all the way to the bottom of the blog you can see a picture of Ellia on her blessing day for a fun comparison)
Another amazingly gorgeous handmade dress from Grandma Betty, and beautiful crocheted blanket too.
oh, you wanted me to smile?
the after party dress was just as much fun to play with!

Ah nice, we are all together to decorate cupcakes and I can't even keep the frosting out of Ellia's mouth long enough to take a picture.
We always choose such nice days to visit the beach! (Ventura)

Ellia had a blast putting her footprints int he sand and running from the waves!
There was even a really cool playground with a ship and a sipline..we were surprised she wanted to try it!
She must have been desperate for that binkie.
Happy almost four months old!
Toward the end of the month we drove to St. George to meet Jers family but on the way we spent some time at the Excalibur in Vegas. Here's Ellia helping Ashlyn call for room service. "Diaper change please"
