What a party!

Ellia's 5th birthday was a trip to the Boardwalk.  Swimming, Sand, Sweet's, Coney Dogs and games.
First the Decor, mostly thanks to pinterest for the ideas.

On a day at the beach don't you always see planes with banner's?  Well, that was not to be forgotten here.

 Games anyone?
How about fresh popcon?

When the kids came they hopped right in the pool.

Worked up an appetite for coney dogs, healthified fries and watermelon...oh, and of course lemonade with a twisty stripe straw.

 Face Painting.

Ball toss
and target practice with water squirters.
Ella was the first to aim at the adults.
and the adults soon followed shooting each other.

Had to use the buckets to did in the sand.  Everyone got a few prizes and lot's of sea shells.

Since we didn't have room to rent a horse or a carasoul we had to made one out of cake...Sweet Shoppe coming up!

 Singing Happy Birthday.

and of course presents with Heavy Heavy Hangover song.

Lia was a little shy about offering wishes!

She also became quite the hugger.

Time for an ice cream bar-pick your toppings!  (I later found out the day after the party was national ice cream day...how appropriate)

Sending the kids home with a bag of popcorn and a big striped lolly pop.
Dang, caught in the act of adding more of that AWESOME orange popcorn salt I so grew to love working at the theater.
