We started off the year with a gift from Jeremy's granparents....a day of tubing!

Before leaving Utah my mom wanted to see Ashlyn in the blessing dress my grandma hand made - Ashlyn had other ideaas though.
Back in California once all the gifts were put away and things had calmed down we needed a little trip again, so we took Ellia to a children's museum. (Being on that "bed" was all too familiar for me, third time in 3 months!)
Ellia has been playing with her friend Brooklyn a lot, and since Brooklyn really likes Elmo, Ellia is really starting to like Elmo too!
Of course Jer had to spend some time showing Ellia his favorite thing at the museum - rocks.
Brushing teeth is still not a very consistent habit for us so this dentist chair replica was fun.

Ellia and I had another oppurtunity to attend a gymnastics day, and this time we took a friend...Sadie!
Can you believe these two are only 6 months apart?
Ellia's favorite part - I didn't even attempt to get in this time, not after I got stuck in them last time. (I guess it didn't help that I was 7.5 months pregnant then.)
A few examples of Ellia continuing to imitate....the first is her carrying a dolly in Ashlyn's baby sling - I just love when I turn around and she is trying something new and cute like this!
Pushing the shopping cart with babies in it and talking on the phone - yes I am a multitasker.

Obviously lately she has seen me behind the camera a lot, but I just can't help catching these cute moments.
